Jesse was a great salesperson to work with, as he spent HOURS with me, making sure I found the perfect car for me. He was very patient and has a great personality for selling cars! An easy place to buy a car. I only drove two models (Forrester and Impreza hatchback), though drove a few in other makes at other dealerships and returned to Steve Lewis and to Subarus for their AWD. Not a lot to the negotiation (I paid tag price on a low-mileage used vehicle and my trade was valued at the low end of what I was willing to accept), but the package was reasonable and the car's in great shape, and I don't have a lot of time for selling my old car privately. No complaints. More

In the middle of the process we adjusted the means by which we were going to finance our purchse. Although this took longer than we originally anticipated, Todd, our salesperson remained patient with us. In the end, we got the car we wanted, in the condition we wanted it, and at the price we were comfortable with. More

They did everything in their power to make it a great experience and to stay within my budget. I went back a day later pick up the outback and everything was ready. I didn't feel pressured at all to make any decision, and when I asked for more time they granted it to me without hesitation. Todd Gerry was kind, polite, helpful, and friendly. He made us feel welcome, called us by name, and offered us more than we could have asked for in terms of customer service. He even made multiple follow up phone calls to make sure I didn't have any questions and to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and to offer any further assistance. I hope he's still there when I need my next car - I will absolutely be going back to see him! More

Most all aspects of purchase was outstanding--what was told to us was true. The only negative comment would be regarding the length of time to pick up the car.
