Although this took longer than we originally anticipated, Todd, our salesperson remained patient with us. I didn't feel pressured at all to make any decision, and when I asked for more time they granted it to me without hesitation. Todd Gerry was kind, polite, helpful, and friendly. He made us feel welcome, called us by name, and offered us more than we could have asked for in terms of customer service. He even made multiple follow up phone calls to make sure I didn't have any questions and to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and to offer any further assistance. I hope he's still there when I need my next car - I will absolutely be going back to see him! More
