I traveled quite a distance to visit this dealership looking for a used car,thinking I was not going to be able to afford a new car. They did find a way to get me in a new Subaru. Jesse went far and above my expectations in getting my car ready for delivery very quickly. My thanks goes out to the service department also in getting the car ready for delivery. The dealership is in a newly remodeled building and is the nicest dealership I visited during my quest for a car. Myron the sales manager is very easy to work with and made sure I took advantage of any saving that could be had. I will return there for another car,probably sooner that later. More

We came to Steve Lewis Suburu knowing that we were going to buy a Suburu Forester. During the process, we got good information from Steve and Mike. It was a very different experience (and much better!) than with other car dealerships we have visited. They actually wanted to inform us, not just make a sale. We eventually decided on a used certified car which we really like, and Mike was able to get us in titled and in the car on time, even though the company was in the process of moving their location. We would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a straight answer about their questions when buying a car. More

Miranda (our sales rep) is both friendly and professional. We had some bumps in the road while lining up the financing; Miranda and the dealership hung in there with us. Their good judgement will be rewarded with many years more of a loyal service customer. In my mind, especially when it comes to a big ticket item like a car, customer service is king. This was my first time buying a car and as such, I did not know much about the typical dealer/customer haggling process, but still wanted to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible. I was therefore a very difficult customer, who walked in an hour before closing on a Sunday afternoon, and pulled whatever I could think of to try to get the cost of the car I wanted down. Gus was very pleasant (and exceedingly patient) through the whole process even though he had to stay an hour after closing to close the deal. This deal I got was so good that even my dad, who had spent most of the morning trying to give me advice on car shopping, was impressed. When I came to pick up my car tonight, I was even more impressed with the excellent customer service at Steve Lewis Subaru. I work until 5 Monday through Friday, and because of such was not able to pick up my car until 6 pm. That did not coincide with Gus's original schedule, as he was supposed to get off at 4. However, when I called and told him that I could not make that time he, once again, catered his schedule to mine. He was waiting for me when I got there, pleasant as ever, and was even thoughtful enough to ask me how work went today. Despite the fact that he was not scheduled to work at that time, Gus took as much time as I needed to go through all of the literature on the car, and then to show me and explain all of the bells and whistles on the inside of the car. This car buying experience exceeded all of my expectations, and I will absolutely be going back to Steve Lewis for my next Subaru. More

What a fantastic crew! I didn't want to replace my 2011 Subaru Legacy, but mother nature had other plans! After the tree fell on it during the Halloween storm - I had no choice! I took delivery of my 2012 Subaru Legacy, but mother nature had other plans! After the tree fell on it during the Halloween storm - I had no choice! I took delivery of my 2012 Red Legacy with so many options I can't name them all! They were so patient with me - my biggest concern, WHAT COLOR! Todd finally won out and convinced me that red was the way to go! He was certainly right! It shines in the sun and rides like a dream! Thanks to all the staff at Steve Lewis Subaru!!!
