Steve Lewis Subaru couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. We needed a new vehicle immediately, and were looking for a Forester with a manual transmission. But we were pleased to discover that the dealership had one in stock. Jesse Bilodeau and the staff did everything possible to quickly arrange the sale and delivery. We got a good price, useful advice, and a warm welcome to boot. We've bought nine cars and trucks over the years and our buying experience with this dealership was as good as it gets. The Forester is an excellent vehicle and was in perfect shape as delivered. Steve Lewis Subaru has an outstanding word-of-mouth reputation in the area, and they've lived up to it. More
I had a very positive experience while buying my first Subaru from Steve Lewis. From the second I walked in, Jesse Bilodeau was nothing but friendly and helpful. The test drive was a lot farther and extensive than any others that I had been on, and I think that is a great plus for the dealership! I purchased a 2012 Subaru Forester from Steve Lewis Subaru in December of 2011. I had looked around at plenty of other dealerships, even put a deposit down at a different Subaru dealership for the sam Subaru in December of 2011. I had looked around at plenty of other dealerships, even put a deposit down at a different Subaru dealership for the same car. Unfortunately, that location had trouble finding the car that I wanted (color, options, etc.). Discouraged, I called up multiple other Subaru dealerships that did not have the car I wanted in stock, and would have to "swap" it with another dealership, taking even more time and putting miles on my new car. When I called Steve Lewis Subaru, I reached Joe the Sales Manager who made everything so incredibly easy. He had 2 of the exact cars I wanted in stock, offered me an amazing price, and there was no hassle or gimmick whatsoever. He held the car for me overnight and when I came in the next morning, all of the paperwork was laid out exactly how we had discussed on the phone the night before. I worked with Gus that day, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He helped me through my entire first car-buying experience. Everything was effortless. Everyone knows that car shopping is no easy task, but at Steve Lewis Subaru I truly had the best experience anyone could ask for. I even received a follow-up call from Gus just checking up on how things were going. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for a great experience! More
Jesse approached me as I was in the service area which was closed. While he said he was in sales he would try tO answer my service questions. For questions he didn't know the answer to he didn't just s was closed. While he said he was in sales he would try tO answer my service questions. For questions he didn't know the answer to he didn't just say " call them when they are open". But went searching to ask others who may have had the answer. While he was asking others I approached him and asked some questions about buying a car as I knew I would need one in the next year. Well, the rest is history! I bought a car! He did not rush or pressure me. He just answered my questions and offered additional info but not in a manner that sounded like he was trying to sell me a car but just sharing information. As I hadn't planned on buying a car and ended up staying most of the day, I was starving, so Jesse took me to grab a bite to eat and paid for it while we were waiting for some paperwork. I met with several people throughout the afternoon for different aspects of the deal and everyone was as pleasant, helpful, and reasonable as Jesse. I hate buying cars and this was the first time in buying many cars in my life that it was so pleasant. Thank you, Jesse and colleagues! More
