I went into this dealership after visiting 2 others in Western MA (a Honda dealership and another Subaru dealership). He was patient, knew his product well, and never appeared to want to "close the sale". He made sure that the extras I asked for prior to delivery we're taken care of and came in on his day off to deliver the car. I would give this entire dealership an excellent rating, and during my extensive search for vehicle which would help my specific needs. I am a service-connected disabled veteran, and a vehicle as specified by my specific needs was very closely met in the purchase of my new outback. Jesse and Gus, Myron and Joe and I might mention even Steve were fantastic to work with in a process which turned out to be longer than any of us expected, and was increased by the consumer safety brake issue that led to a slightly longer wait for delivery of my car. Subaru corporate did a great job of of keeping the outback's outback until the slight issue was 100% fixed; my vendor number car being one of those which required an update prior to delivery. I am now in the process of having my vehicle adapted with a few modifications and expect it will perform marvelously as it is tailored to my specific need by the aftermarket company suggested by both the dealer and the central western mass Veterans Administration prosthetics representative. As you can tell I required some specific help from this dealer, sales person, and the delivery personnel. I could not be happier at the moment with the purchase, my current satisfaction and my future expectation that a vehicle of this caliber so well-suited to my specific needs that I will enjoy many years of safe motoring. Dave was friendly, helpful and informed. Through no fault of the dealer, I had to wait a couple weeks for my new Impreza, and Dave kept me apprised of the situation every step of the way.
