Miranda was wonderful to work with. We bought a previously owned Volvo S40, after trading in my 2001 Volvo S40. From the moment my husband and I walked into Steve Lewis Subaru, we instantly felt at ease with the processing of buying a new car with the friendly and no pressure environment that they offered. Jesse was Subaru, we instantly felt at ease with the processing of buying a new car with the friendly and no pressure environment that they offered. Jesse was beyond helpful and patient with us, answering any questions we had and took the time to walk through all the features of the Outback we test drove - never rushing us through the process. Both Jesse and Joe worked very hard to accommodate what we wanted out of a new vehicle, while offering a fair price for my trade in. When we picked up our car Jesse took the time inspect the vehicle thoroughly with us, and even introduced us to the service staff that we'd be working with for any future required maintenance. Needless to say, we love our new Outback and know that we're in good hands with Jesse and the Steve Lewis Subaru crew for service in the future! More
Not too long ago I decided it was time to upgrade my car. I just didn't know which model I wanted to have next. Gus showed me a couple of different models and explained all the improvements Subaru has made recently. He was very honest and knowledgable. Once I decided what fit me the best, the rest of the process went fairly quickly and smoothly and I am now the proud owner a 2012 Impreza Premium! More

When I asked for another day to think things over, they respected my wishes, rather than pushing for a close that day. I came back the next day and closed the deal. When Miranda was not available Jesse was very helpful and was more than willing to answer any questions we had. I really appreciated that when he was not absolutely certain of an answer he would say so, then find the answer for us. I was pleased with Todd Gerry and the other Steve Lewis Subaru employees I had contact with. I had been a loyal customer at another Subaru dealer in Shrewsbury for 2 consecutive leases, over 7 years. When my lease was almost up, and I said I wanted to buy a NEW car and be done with leasing, my Shrewsbury dealer responded by calling me back with 'great figures' to lease again. While that would have suited THEM fine, it wasn't what I asked for. My sales rep made no effort to help me to buy a car from him! Still, I wasn't going to leave them. Then I thought a call to Steve Lewis Subaru wouldn't hurt. I'm glad I gave it a shot! Initially, I talked with Steve Gonzalez, and right off the bat was given an attractive price for a 2012 Forester, beating the quote that I'd finally been given by my original dealer, no haggling, no run-around, no having to plead for the information I was seeking. I decided I'd make the trip (an hours drive) to talk with them, and was pleased with the next person I talked with - Todd Gerry. Todd provided me with KEY information that my original Subaru Dealer never bothered to share with me, which was that I had equity in my leased vehicle, which would allow me to trade it in and purchase a vehicle instead. Kind of an important detail! I had no idea that I could trade-in something I didn't own! I was very pleased with the personal service and effort made by the folks at Steve Lewis Subaru. Thank you.
