I purchased my 2011 Subaru impreza wagon a little over a year ago when I really needed a vehicle to commute for work. The representatives at Steve Lewis were able to help me get into a brand new car at an a year ago when I really needed a vehicle to commute for work. The representatives at Steve Lewis were able to help me get into a brand new car at an affordable rate at that time. Although I liked the car I was always on the lookout for something a little more fun to drive I.e. the wrx model. Not having any serious plans to make a new purchase recently I stopped by their new location in hadley and saw that they had a slightly used wrx. It had the features I was looking for so I decided I might at least pop my head in and speak to a sales rep. With no intention on making a serious offer I found that the sales rep, Peter, had a laid back attitude and consultative approach that helped making the fantasy of a new car a reality. Because of Peter's patience and ability to listen to my needs I was able to make an educated decision and drive out in a wrx less than a week later at a price that worked for me. Could I possibly have resold my original impreza for more than the dealer was offering? Maybe, but because of the great customer service and patience I experienced I knew I could do business with them. This is the car I've always wanted. Thanks for making it a reality. More

Looking for a 2nd family car I was delighted to find my 2006 Volvo ago and had always kept them on my list of dealerships I was willing to re-visit. Looking for a 2nd family car I was delighted to find my 2006 Volvo V50 on their website for a very reasonable site. Upon visiting, my wife and I had an easy going no pressure experience. The Salesman %100 understood we were just looking for our back up family car and with 1 toddler and another newborn on the way we were going to stay our planned budget. (as silly as it is in 2012 you still can not believe when a sales person tries to upsell to something you are not shopping for. just a few months earlier when shopping for another vehicle we had a dreadful old fashioned experience at a no defunct VW dealership...needless to say we did not purchase from them) After a solid test drive we decided to run the numbers and gave them the exact numbers of what we were willing to spend. Our sales man did one trip to the finance department and returned with a better %rate then I had got pre-approved for as well as they matched our money/down/per month goals. so far the car seem great..no issues yet and I will continue to trust Steve Lewis and already have had my mind race of what pre-owned volvo or Outback I may purchase from them in a years to come. More

I live in Ohio and dealt with the internet sales manager Steve Gonsalves by email and telephone. Steve was extremely helpful and friendly during the entire process. I had the car inspected by AIM Mobile inspections at the dealership. I had planned to fly to Hartford, then drive the car back home. When I found out all the red tape required to first register the car in Massachusetts, we changed the plan and Steve shopped around for the best, most economical delivery service. The car was delivered to me in Ohio in a few days. It is in great condition, low miles, etc... and thus far, has exceeded my expectations- I love it! Steve Gonsalves was in contact with me just about every day through the process. There was absolutely no sales pressure- just friendly helpfulness. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car. More

Owning a Nissan Pathfinder I was looking for something with better fuel economy. I researched on line and found that the Subaru Outback had everything I was looking for and more. A few of my friends had mentioned that Steve Lewis Subaru in Hadley, MA was the place to go for great customer service and a wide selection. We had looked at some dealerships closer to where we live to get a first glimpse of what they offered. Then we contacted Steve Lewis in Hadley, MA and told them what we were looking for and made an appointment ahead of time. When we arrived our salesman Jesse Bilodeau and General Manager Joe Clark were waiting for us and had the specific Outback we requested ready for us to test drive. It was a great experience, Jesse even took us down a dirt road so we could test the suspension, what a great vehicle. The dealership is brand new and had a very nice Customer Lounge area, with coffee and snacks available along with toys and books for children a TV and comfortable leather sofas as well. Jesse and Joe made us feel very comfortable and not pressured at all. We will definetly refer our friends if they are ever in the market for a Subaru. More
My our all sales experience was great. In the begin people were friendly and not over bearing. Sales staff were straight forward and I felt this to be key. Jesse our salesman was down to earth. Jesse asked questions like what we were looking for and asked for my wants and needs. After he did this he put me in a vehicle that best suited our needs. He showed use both new and used vehicles. When we went in we thought we would get a new car but realized a new car best suited my needs. I will definitely look to Jesse and Steve Lewis Subaru in the future. Overall great experience. More
