He set a tone that made it okay for us to ask a lot of questions, and even if he had to look something up or ask someone, he got us answers, and made sure we had the information we'd wanted. He didn't try to steamroll us into a decision. We never felt pressure from him, like our time with him had to end in a sale. It felt like an open-ended process, a possibility we were exploring, and that he was sharing that with us. When we took the car out on a road test,Justin had a very playful sense of "adventure" at the same time that he was explaining very technical details.
