The car I wanted was on the boat from Japan, and Todd helped me get exactly what I wanted in the car. Once it arrived, Myron helped tremendously process the paperwork quickly (I had a tight schedule that week, but wanted my *new* car!). Having made the tough decision to change dealerships ( poor customer service in both sales and service departments, I suddenly felt adrift without a lifeboat! It was then my son shared that he and his wife had had a very positive experience with Steve Lewis Subaru in Hadley and "Oh by the way they have moved to a new location that might just work out great for you!" Once I had an opportunity to meet and speak with with David Hanks and Myron Callender, I immediately felt genuinely taken care of in all respects. I appreciated David's coaching, guidance, and patience as we worked together towards the purchase of my new car. He was always professional and demonstrated such willingness to make sure I understood everything! To balance out all of the seriousness, he had an easy manner and wonderful sense of humor. Once it was time to pick up my new car, Myron took me under his wing with a similar easy manner and good humor to take me through the paperwork potion of the purchase. Unbelievably easy, satisfying and yes, even fun! I highly recommend this dealership and only have one tip for newcomers: Should you get to the point of a test drive and the ice cream stand is open, offer to stop and treat.
