The people at Steve Lewis Subaru were very easy to deal with, specifically Todd in Sales and Myron the finance manager. They answered my questions, weren't patronizing, didn't rush me and found boxes for me to load up the stuff I transferred from my old car to the new one. They were patient, friendly and flexible. In other words, they provided something a maddeningly shorter supply of companies is providing these days, and that's customer service. The truth is I hate having a monthly car payment again, but we all need wheels, such is life. They key is I really did get treated well by Kerry and Gus. More

I bought a new Subaru 16 years ago, and have been VERY pleased with the car. After 16 years it was time to give her a rest! Although I wanted another Subaru, I was doubtful I would be able to buy one tha pleased with the car. After 16 years it was time to give her a rest! I decided to check out Subaru first, but was not happy with the treatment I had received from my previous dealer (in all aspects...from sales to service). I read some positive reviews about Steve Lewis Subaru and decided to give them a try. I am happy I did! Jesse Bilodeau was knowledgeable, PATIENT, and worked extremely hard to get me into a new Subaru with the monthly payment I was willing to make. Kerry (I didn't catch his last name) was great as well! Both also had a great sense of humor (which you need if I am your car sales customer!). In the end I was happy with the deal, as were they.
