Overall good-excellent experience. John and Todd were super. Mike less so. His description of the miniscule profit margin was laughable. My experience was very positive. I did not feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle and felt comfortable dealing with all of the above indicated employees of Steve Lewis Subaru. I was extremely happy with the people at Steve Lewis and the deal I got. I was in the market for a 2012 Forester - not yet having decided whether to trade my 2006 Forester or sell it outright. I shopped t the deal I got. I was in the market for a 2012 Forester - not yet having decided whether to trade my 2006 Forester or sell it outright. I shopped two dealers in the area and found that I received more for my car at Steve Lewis and I learned more about the car itself from them. In the end, I made the deal on the phone with the manager, Myron Callendar, and completed the process with Dave Hanks, who was incredibly helpful. I would comment too on the atmosphere in general...no pressure, looking to hear what you have to say...what you need. This was my sixth Subaru purchase, so I know they are great vehicles, but I have now changed dealerships as well. I would recommend Steve Lewis Subaru to anyone in Western MA. More
