I had been driving Saturns, but since the company folded, I had to find a new manufac I just purchased a Subaru Legacy 2.5si from Peter Lustenberger. I had been driving Saturns, but since the company folded, I had to find a new manufacturer and dealership. Having done my research online and in Consumer Reports, Subaru was on the top of my list. I had a Subaru GL back in the 80's and drove it until there were rust holes in the floor, so I knew they had a great product. Peter was very attentive to this sale and patiently took me out for test drives, answered all my questions and was helpful without being too aggressive. I appreciated communicating with him via email, rather than getting many phone calls that come at inconvenient times. He clearly believes in the product he sells and he has sold cars for other companies. He was efficient in getting my sale expedited so I didn't spend a lot of time sitting around waiting for paperwork, etc. He also respected my priorities about what I did and didn't want in terms of the car, and didn't push the financing, which I did not want. He assured me that I can call after the sale if I have any questions or concerns. He also gave me a few "perks" like preferred customer status, which will benefit me for the life of the car. Peter is friendly and engaging. He has a passion for his work and the Subaru product line, which is evident in the way he works with his customers. I would send my family and friends to him , should they want to purchase a Subaru. I am also very happy to find a car manufacturer , a dealership and a sales person that I can work with for years to come. More

Having previously purchased a Subaru at Steve Lewis in 2006, it was an easy decision to come back. We've been happy for six years with the car and the service. I have been working with Steve Lewis Subaru for a number of years, ever since the other Subaru dealership I was going did one too many shoddy repairs. After my 2004 Legacy died and cost too much to fix of years, ever since the other Subaru dealership I was going did one too many shoddy repairs. After my 2004 Legacy died and cost too much to fix in relationship to its worth, I decided to buy my first new car since the 70's. I have had small interchanges with Todd Gerry over the years. We are both Hilltown folk. When it came to choosing a new car – after checking out Toyotas, Hyundais and Hondas, I knew I wanted a Subaru again and this time a Forester. When I came in to see what the new ones were like, Todd was the salesman chosen to work with me. I am so glad. He was never pushy, was quiet and low-key, gave me time to make up my mind (for the most part), and was courteous and informative. I felt he also bent over backwards to accommodate my somewhat quirky, emotion-based self. I would recommend Todd to anyone. The dealership itself is gorgeous and has a great, comfortable, cozy waiting room. Steve G. who was my first contact over the phone was amazingly courteous. All in all it was a very good experience, and I looooooooooove my car! More

It's a good feeling to go into a dealer who has long term employees who just happen to drive the cars that they are selling. Gus was amazingly polite, informed and solicitous. I was looking for a replacement for my leased car, and was considering the Suburu Imprezza, and also a slightly used Volvo. After many detailed questions regarding each car, and test driving both, I was n was considering the Suburu Imprezza, and also a slightly used Volvo. I was made to feel that there was no pressure, although Jesse spent a great deal of time with us. They have changed my perception of shopping for a new car, and will recommend them to my friends.
