I was acutely given a challenging situation because my vehicle was stolen and I had a job that required a personal vehicle. I came into Steve Lewis Subaru because I wanted to purchase a awd/fwd vehicle and this was the ONLY dealership in western Massachusetts that did not bother me daily with phone calls and emails. Peter was very helpful and intune with what I wanted in a vehicle and stayed within the range of the total price and monthly payments I wanted. He found me a vehicle with the specs that I wanted and could still afford. I would highly recommend Steve Lewis Subaru to others. Thanks again Pete! More
I love Steve Lewis Subaru. I purchased an Outback in October and am very pleased with it. I went in again to look at a car for my kids to use. Gus is great. I love working with him. The first time I went in October I had a great experience working with him and wanted to again. I was especially happy because of the "no bull" policy, no back and forth over price, and the straightforward way you operate without the pushy sales stuff. But, this time there was another person I had to deal with (maybe sales manager?) I can't remember his name but I was unhappy with the insincerity of this man and the way he spoke to me. I would still recommend Steve Lewis to a friend or family nonetheless, and I think Gus and Myron are awesome! More

I did my own research and knew what car I was interested in, and not once did I feel any pressure to look at other higher-priced models. experience. Justin is friendly and personable, and Myron made all of the bank paperwork as easy as it can possibly be. I would recommend that anyone at least give Steve Lewis Subaru a try; it has certainly worked out well for me. More
The car I loved finally just wasn't worth the cost of upkeep anymore so I went into Steve Lewis Subaru based on my brother-in-law's love for his new Impreza. I had no idea of what I wanted and Jesse hel upkeep anymore so I went into Steve Lewis Subaru based on my brother-in-law's love for his new Impreza. I had no idea of what I wanted and Jesse helped me figure out what car was best for me. He never pressured me; he treated me with respect and made me feel very comfortable. I have had experiences at other, larger dealerships, that were terrible compared to Steve Lewis. He picked out a car for me that fit my budget perfectly and had the few things I asked for (AWD and Manual transmission). I would absolutely recommend both Jesse and Steve Lewis Subaru. Everyone I dealt with there was terrific. Thanks guys!! More
He was very friendly and nice to talk with. He showed me a used Subaru Legacy and I really liked it. The price seemed fair but I asked him if I could get some discount. He took a pen and wrote on the quotation sheet like 'I decided to buy this car and will not change my mind' and said, 'If you want to see discount price, you've got to sign here. Otherwise, you won't.' It seemed a bit weird, but as I almost decided to buy even at the original price, I gave my sign and expected for some more. He showed several hundreds dollars cheaper price which was fantastic, and left to see his supervisor. 5 minutes later, his boss came and said, 'We can't accept any more discount, We just revised the price tag a week ago and it's our price. No discount.' I knew it was the best car I was looking for around the area, so I finally decided to get it. The car is great as I expected. But my experience could be better if I didn't have to play with a game using my signature which didn't work. More

They, along with Myron and Kerry - who made the financing end of thing as painless as possible - made the entire car buying experience a genuine pleasure. I would highly reccomend Steve Lewis Subaru, and they will be the FIRST place I go when I am in the market again. More
Peter deserves fives across the board. He wasn't the sales associate I had scheduled my appointment with, but he filled in last minute very nicely. He took the time to get to know me, and got me in a car that fits my lifestyle and one that I absolutely love. Peter did a great job relating to me; he didn't pitch anything a typical 22 year old, like myself, would have no interest in. One thing I loved, I briefly mentioned during my first visit that I coach a summer league baseball team, and the day I picked up my car he showed me the trunk space saying "plenty of room for your bat bag and bucket of balls." That showed me he was genuinely interested in what I cared about, and how I was going to use my car. Peter is a fantastic sales associate, and I will recommend Peter and Steve Lewis Subaru to anyone looking to buy or lease a new car. More

Dave Hanks spent 4 hours one Sunday showing me and test driving 4 cars, describing all the features, answering all my questions. No pressure sales, just lots of enthusiam. He guided me through all the steps, followed up when I had my mechanic look at the cars I had chosen, and kept in touch. The car was IMACULATE when I picked it up--looked brand new, though it was 3 years old. Runs like a champ. I am very pleased with the sales approach, and expect the service will be just as good. Love the fact that Steve Lewis Subaru is now located east of the Connecticut River! More
