I called on Wednesday to see if I could go in at 4PM for an oil change. I was told that Thursday was a better day, as they are open later. I asked if I come in the next day, Thursday at 4PM, I wouldn't ha an oil change. I was told that Thursday was a better day, as they are open later. I asked if I come in the next day, Thursday at 4PM, I wouldn't have a problem. He reassured me that that would be fine. I said I would see him tomorrow. When I got there, the service person said they were closing early, so I couldn't have my oil changed. I explained that I called the day before, asked if the person who I spoke to knew they were closing early. I was told he should have known. I also traveled a half hour to get there. The service person spoke to someone in an office, and agreed that I could get the oil changed. He tried to irritate me by saying I would have a 1 & 1/2 hours wait. I said that was perfectly fine. I saw the mechanic bring my car to the lot. Shortly after I saw the counter person,with billing receipt in his hand, come around his counter. He stopped to talk to other counter person. They started throwing my key back and forth to each other. I waited a while, and said to my husband that I had enough, and I was going to get my receipt from him, and pay our bill. When I got home, I noticed that the receipt said that the engine filter needs attention. I called the next day to find out if that is a big job. I was told it was not a big job, and I wouldn't need an appointment. I could just stop by. I still wonder why if it is an easy fix, why wasn't I asked if I wanted it done while there or is that another way to try to harass me. I was not there any where near one and a half hours. More
They were quick and thorough about installing the new part for my car. I had waited at a local cafe while my vehicle was serviced, and when it was done, a tech came to pick me up. They were able to advise me on future maintenance of my car. All in all, very happy with the quality and courtesy of the service here! More

I have been buying cars and having them serviced here since 2003. All was great until my last visit-4 tires were placed 3 months ago-one of them developed a bubble-they told me I would have to pay the m since 2003. All was great until my last visit-4 tires were placed 3 months ago-one of them developed a bubble-they told me I would have to pay the m (Steve Lewis Subaru) up front and then call the tire co myself for warranty-we called the tire place-they said that's unheard of-the dealer should be calling-they won't even speak to us since Steve Lewis bought the tire and installed it from them-not us! This is from the tire company themselves. We are left high and dry. My husband spoke to a third person at the dealership. Let's see if he can help. In my 50s and never have I had to deal with a warranty issue on my own-ALWAYS done by the dealer/retailer!!I have bought 2 cars here and was about to buy my third-had put in a reservation that I will be cancelling. This is poor customer service. More
