I purchased my third Subaru Forester from Steve Lewis. I return to this dealership because of the excellent and courteous service. I always look for Todd Gerry when I am car shopping. He always goes above and beyond what I would expect, and makes a somewhat complicated endeavor truly enjoyable. He worked with my insurance company and the RMV so I could relax, knowing I was in good hands. Kerry O'Sullivan helped me finance my new vehicle in a kind and professional manner. Jeff Robinson returned my phone call promptly and made me feel that my business was important to him. I have had all my vehicles serviced at the dealership, and have always been extremely happy in the work that was done, and the way that I have been treated. There are lots of great cars for sale, but my Subarus from the Steve Lewis dealership, and their excellent service department have never let me down. More

After visiting several different dealerships, I easily decided to purchase at Steve Lewis for several reasons. First and foremost, everyone I worked with at Steve Lewis was amazing, especially the salesm decided to purchase at Steve Lewis for several reasons. First and foremost, everyone I worked with at Steve Lewis was amazing, especially the salesman Pete. I was offered several purchasing solutions, and did not feel pressured at any point. I was offered a very fair trade-in on my 2002 Forester, and after talking numbers for a little while, I decided to buy! Even going through the financial portion of the process was a breeze. Everything was laid out in front of me and all of my questions were answered before I signed the paperwork. I would absolutely recommend visiting Steve Lewis Subaru to anyone looking for a fantastic vehicle from knowledgable, friendly sales people. Thank you! More

This is my second time purchasing a car from David Hanks and Steve Lewis Subaru. I came in ready to buy a new Subaru Impreza and once again I had a very friendly and candid discussion with Kerry O'Sullivan and Steve Lewis Subaru. I came in ready to buy a new Subaru Impreza and once again I had a very friendly and candid discussion with Kerry O'Sullivan (who ended up working with me since David was busy with another customer) about what I wanted and what I was willing to pay (and negotiating a fair price for the two cars I wanted to trade-in). I ended up with what I believe was a fair price on the car and a reasonable trade-in allowance (although not quite as much as I'd hoped). The negotiation process was very transparent (thanks to the internet all dealer costs and incentives are just a google search away) and both sides made some concessions and walked away happy. All and all a very positive experience. More

We had a very good experience at this dealer. All associates we interacted with were professional, prompt, and friendly. We did not feel pressured to make decisions and found the sales associates to associates we interacted with were professional, prompt, and friendly. We did not feel pressured to make decisions and found the sales associates to be very patient with our questions and concerns. Steve was very helpful in answering my initial questions over the phone. This was the main reason we followed up with this dealer. Justin was welcoming and helpful as we learned about the products Subaru has to offer. Peter was very skilled in listening to what we were looking for in a vehicle and made helpful suggestions. I would definitely recommend Steve Lewis Subaru. More

Went to Steve Lewis after a bad experience at another subaru dealership. I was pleasantly surprised how different a dealership could be 25 miles away from the one i had a bad experience at. This was my first visit to Steve Lewis Subaru and I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had in buying a new car. I initially spoke with Steve on the phone and met with him later that da honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had in buying a new car. I initially spoke with Steve on the phone and met with him later that day. He was friendly, professional and very respectful. Not once did I ever feel any pressure to make a quick decision. He was very helpful and made me feel very relaxed during the entire process. I also dealt with Myron, the Finance Manager who was friendly and knowledgeable and made the loan process quick and easy. I was later introduced to Peter and he took over with the delivery of the vehicle. Peter was very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to explain everything to me and to make sure all of my questions were answered. He has even followed up with me to see how things are going and if there were any additional questions that I had. I could not ask for anything more from the great staff at Steve Lewis Subaru. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to my family and friends. They all do an awesome job and I am extremely happy with the experience that I had. More
