My overall experience was fantastic! I initially purchased a 2011 Legacy, but, due to an electrical issue that was unresolvable, despite attempts made by the dealership, I was offered a 2013 at an a purchased a 2011 Legacy, but, due to an electrical issue that was unresolvable, despite attempts made by the dealership, I was offered a 2013 at an amazing price! This was in no small part due to the efforts of John Acadia, my sales associate, Jeff Robinson, service manager, and especially Steve Lewis, who personally ensured that I was treated fairly and professionally... thanks to the entire team at Steve Lewis Subaru. When we entered Steve Lewis Subaru, we were greeted immediately and introduced to Justin. Justin was very friendly and listened to our requirements in the vehicle we wanted to purchase. The only thing he said that I didn't quite believe is that "I don't know what we have on the lot. The Impreza is very popular." It seemed to me that that info should have been on his computer. That being said, i do not fault his approach, because it worked. We are now the proud owners of a 2012 Subaru Impreza. It cost quite a lot more than we had planned to spend, but we are extremely happy with it and would have no problem dealing with Justin again. He is very personable and has a wonderful smile and was truly happy for us. More

Had a wonderful experience shopping at Steve Lewis Subaru! My sales associate Todd was so easy going, not pushy like other dealerships I've been to in the past. Throughout the whole process, he answer Subaru! My sales associate Todd was so easy going, not pushy like other dealerships I've been to in the past. Throughout the whole process, he answered all of my questions and was very thorough explaining the car, it's functions, etc. I felt like I was buying a car from a good friend. I can't tell you how much I appreciate being treated like a person and not a number or quota in order to make a sale. More

Overall good experience, more positive than my past experiences at car dealers. Pricing was fair and I feel like I got a fair deal. 2 days ago, I banged up my bumper trying to avoid hitting some folks and their bicycles. I was watching them and not the dumpster next to me, so I hit it. There were some big scratches, paint damage, and a some folks and their bicycles. I was watching them and not the dumpster next to me, so I hit it. There were some big scratches, paint damage, and a couple of good gouges. I was so bummed! I have only had the car a few months. So, I called Jesse the next day to ask for a reference for a body shop. He actually suggested that I come to the dealership so we could talk in person and he could examine the damage. He thought maybe, if it wasn't too bad, they could help me and save me some money. So I drove down there yesterday and Jesse and Kerry took me in hand right away. They had a person that works for them stop what he was doing and take over repairing my bumper. A few hours (and surprisingly little cost)later I had a bumper that looked like it had never been touched. Let me tell you, these guys don't stop their customer service after you buy your car. They have been there for me for every little problem, and now this sort of bigger one. I CANNOT say enough good things about Jesse and the whole team. I don't see this kind of service, after you buy your car, from other dealerships. More
Dave Hanks helped me and my husband make a tricky decision about whether to buy or lease a new car, whether to go with a 2012 model or a 2013, an Outback or a Forester, base model or bells and whistl decision about whether to buy or lease a new car, whether to go with a 2012 model or a 2013, an Outback or a Forester, base model or bells and whistles. Dave has a great manner and an encyclopedic knowledge of Subaru models and features both old and new. He seemed endlessly good-humored, patient, and laid back. I don't think we were difficult customers, but he certainly earned his commission while never giving us the hard-sell one way or the other. We arrived at the (new and improved) dealership undecided about even if we would get a new car. We left with a beautiful new leased 2012 Outback. We couldn't be happier with our choice or with the man who helped us make it, Dave Hanks. More

That's the way I like to car shop. More
