We had higher hopes for the amount we would get on our trade-in, but Gus walked us through the process, looking at car valuation websites with us, answering all questions, and we could see that we were getting (more than) a fair deal. We felt that he was our advocate to get the best deal. The guy was patient with us as we explored different cars, and we never felt he was trying to put anything over on us. In the process of car delivery and going over the details about the car, he was really great at clarifying all the operations. His knowledge and sincere considerations made the negotiation process go smoothly as well. As Todd was unavailable when I picked up my car, Jessie Bilodeau walked me through my new Outback. Like everyone I met at Steve Lewis, Jessie was friendly and helpful. He went over the car inside and out, taking the time to demonstrate every item and allowing for lots of questions. You can tell that the employees at Steve Lewis Subaru are much more detail oriented than other car dealerships and want to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. The service department was good to work with as well. They have an excellent waiting room with comfy leather couches, tv, and plenty of Keurig coffee! I would definitely recommend Steve Lewis Subaru! From the very beginning Jesse was a great salesperson. I don't know about you but when I walk into a delaer I want to be greated but not feel as if I am being circled by sharks and I certainly DID NOT feel this way at this dealership. I ended up buying a Subaru Outback (new) and couldn't be happier with my selection of dealer and more importantly our sales person, someone who truly understands the meaning of customer service.
