Steve Lewis Subaru has put together a wonderful team of associates, service technicians and managers. As an older woman approaching a "car salesperson," my past experiences have been so out of my comfort associates, service technicians and managers. The initial welcoming as I came through the door at Steve Lewis' Subaru by Jesse Bilodeau and the remainder of my visit proved to be fantastic. Jesse is a very professional salesperson with knowledge of his product, but most importantly, with an understanding and caring attitude of his client. I was not made to feel inadequate in my indecisiveness, but always felt that "yes, there is another alternative." Decisions were left to me after full explanation during every part of the sale. I was not made to feel that these decisions were incorrect. The sales manager went over all the financial papers thoroughly answering questions or concerns I would raise, and always with a very positive and upbeat attitude. I came away from this sale feeling more than satisfied with my purchase and with the new people I had met and dealt with through this process. I plan to have this Subaru a very long time, and you better believe I will recommend Steve Lewis Subaru to any and all of my friends. We were very up front with Justin when we arrived at the dealership that we were gathering information and not in a hurry to purchase. He proved to us that he understood that. He followed up with calls and emails during the week we were considering all of our options, but he managed to find the balance -- we never felt as if we were pressured, but it was clear he wanted to do whatever he could to arrive at a deal we could all be happy with. We were very pleased with the whole experience, got a deal we were comfortable with, and I expect our next vehicle purchase will happen at this dealership if the relationship continues to be positive. The other people we worked with throughout the purchase were also very helpful. We felt as if the whole team really wanted our business -- enough that they stayed late on the Friday night of a holiday weekend to make it happen, which we appreciated. More

We first talked to Kerry O'Sullivan and then Dave Hanks helped us through the whole process. It was the easiest transaction ever. The car sells itself, and we were very happy with the price. We have been to other dealerships that we have simply walked out of because of the atmosphere, but Steve Lewis is a delight to do business with. Dave was excellent to talk to, answered all our question, and took care of all the paperwork and made it so easy. We bought the car for our daughter, and he was very gracious and spent over an hour showing her all the "ins and out" of the car when we picked it up. I can't say enough kind things about him, and about everyone else we dealt with. The new showroom is beautiful and very comfortable. I was impressed with the fact that Dave gave us all his attention and didn't interrupt our visit with phone calls and such. Myron helped us with all the paperwork and was also excellent to work with. Kerry was extremely friendly and set a great tone for the whole experience. I felt like they went out of their way to be kind and helpful. My daughter loved her car, and we loved the car buying experience. We are totally impressed! More
