Working with Gus was a great pleasure. He understood completely what we wanted in a vehicle and saw that it was exactly what we got without the "up selling" that so many other dealerships love to do. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and recommended some options for us to consider, but he was not pushy. Gus kept us informed as to what was happening with the delivery of the car. He has a wonderful sense of humor! Gus cared about us not just as a potential buyer, but also as a person. Although it was two women purchasing the car, he never acted as though we did not know what we wanted! Gus really took the time necessary to get us comfortable with all features of the car. Myron was great to work with in the financial area. He completely explained everything so that we knew if we wanted to purchase the warranties. We decided that it was a good investment to do so. Myron shows interest in you as a person which is a nice touch. We will gladly recommend this dealership and Gus and Myron to everyone we can!!!! Making a decision to trust a business and put yourself in their care when dealing with a large purchase like a new vehicle is not trivial. In my case, I had deliberated over beginning the search for a new car for a few years. I had been loyal to one manufacturer for numerous decades. It had become clear that the brand I had been comfortable with and motivated about for the past 10 vehicles no longer had a product I felt met my needs. After my trusty car past the 90,000 mile mark, I decided to start looking in ernest for my next car. Our daughter had recently decided on a Subaru and had a great experience at Steve Lewis and encouraged me to stop in and check them it out. I was fortunate to have been introduced to Peter Lustenberger as he was the Sales Consultant who worked with my daughter and son-in-law. From the first communication by e-mail, Peter was patient and helped me feel I was calling all the shots, not being rushed, just reassuring. He was always informing and assiting me in dealing with all the questions large and small I had about a car that would fit me. Fast forward to today and I am pleased to say I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Subaru 2013 Forester. I was quite pleased and surprised that yesterday when I went in to pick up my car Peter and a number of other folks at Steve Lewis were extremely generous with their time and went over in depth any and all things about the paperwork, service schedule, vehicle layout and actually assisted in setting up some of the Bluetooth features on the audio unit. I look forward to a long relationship with my new car and with the good folks at Steve Lewis. More

My wife and I recently bought a 2012 Impreza here. We originally dealt with Peter L. who was really friendly and informative.
