He got me into the perfect car for me, just what I was looking for without trying to up-sell me. He took care of my old car and even called my insurance company to switch over the info. He thoroughly reviewed the many different sales options available and fully explained all aspects of the ca professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my concerns and assisted in adjusting some final details (I removed the roof racks, etc.). The registration process was managed well including catching an error that my insurance company processed incorrectly. David Hanks is extremely knowledgable about the Subaru brand and was very patient with me throughout the car buying process.
