A family friend referred me to Peter for help buying a Subaru. I already knew I wanted a used Outback or Forester, but Peter really took the time to get to know me and figure out what I'd be most satisfi Subaru. He picked out two cars, both excellent fits for me, and we test drove them in one afternoon. Peter was very knowledgeable about both cars and I appreciated his concern that I make the right choice for me, which ended up being a 2011 Outback. Peter is a good guy; it was quite apparent that helping people make quality purchases is much more important to him than the sales commission. I also worked with Myron, who did most of the paperwork with me. He was very helpful and took time to explain each document I had to sign. Although this was my first car-buying experience, I think Steve Lewis is one of the best dealerships in the area. Overall, I am highly satisfied. More

I had a great experience with Steve Lewis Subaru. Steve Rivers was super friendly and genuine when talking, he was not one of those pushy salesmen. He worked really hard to find what was right for us and he was happy to chat and explain everything in detail at a slow and steady pace until we both really understood everything. After we decided to buy the vehicle we went to talk to the Finance Manager and he was just the same. He gave us all the time in the world even through the dealership had shut already. He explained how the financing worked in detail, explaining all of the maintenance extras options and exactly if they would be cost effective for us or not. More

I originally looked at a couple new and used Subaru's and left. Steve kept me updated on any new cars that came in, but never was a nuisance or exerted pressure and I went back for that reason. I worked with Myron and Michael on financing, both were helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was willing to work on the purchase and my trade and I would definitely go back and recommend the dealer to my friends. The service department also went above and beyond when I brought my car back for a small warranty issue. I had a small power-steering leak and they replaced all part with brand new ones and even found a couple other things and fixed the issues without even asking. Overall great experience. More
Steve Lewis Subaru was awesome. There salesmen were super friendly. And went well out of there way to please. They had the best prices, a great selection, and they were very patient with my 2 kids playing hi friendly. And went well out of there way to please. And a free sticker, that they got for me. I didn't have to do anything except sign on the lines, and drive away. Would definately recommend them to everybody. More
I needed a new car and had in mind the crosstrek or forester, Steve Rivers was super nice and attentive, very thourough in explaining cars features. I had my children with me (ages 8 and 10) and he was so sweet to include them in the process, remembered their names and made it a family experience we will always remember. It was so easy from start to finish. I ended up buying a 2014 Forester in Ice Silver and LOVE IT!!! This is my first Subaru, but it won't be my last. Thank you :) More

My wife viewed the tint , and the new curved window design with some concern because she thought it restricted her vision while backing up. She continued to drive our other 2007 Explorer. At 111,944 miles and with increasing repairs, we decided it was time to purchase a smaller car . This past Tuesday, we had planned to visit three dealerships before making a purchase. By chance, we visited Steve Lewis Subaru first since it was the closest to our home. We explained the three major criteria that we were looking for in a new car to Steve Rivers, our sales associate. We required a smaller, but comfortable car with good gas mileage and clear windows. Steve showed us three different models and explained the pluses and minuses of each relative to our needs. The one we finally decided to test drive was a was 2014 Subaru Forester with only 9,000 miles. The car was comfortable, had good gas mileage and had clear windows. What a find ! As the old saying goes" a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" so we gave down payment that day and picked up our new car on Wednesday. My wife is thrilled with it . The customer service that Steve Rivers provided was exceptional. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, with a good sense of humor. What we appreciated most is the fact that Steve didn't exhibit the typical pressure to buy. This purchase was our decision. Our experience with the entire staff was positive. More
