Dave is my hero!!! I picked up my new lease last week. This is my third time doing business with David Hanks & Steve Lewis and it keeps getting better all the time. Dave Hanks is the friendliest, most professional and easiest to work with car salesman I have ever encountered. I had my heart set on a 2014 Forester in the beautiful Venetian Red. Given the time of the year with inventories being low all over New England and red Foresters being non-existent I was faced with picking from an inventory of one. Dave was highly atuned to my disapointment and was working like crazy to get me a deal that would put the smile back on my face, even throwing in a remote car starter to sweeten the deal. I REALLY wanted the red so I asked, sceptically, if there were any red Outbacks...seems there actually were quite a few. I had never considered an Outback as I always considered them to be too pricy for my budget, but I was desperate. Dave looked at the numbers and came back with an offer of only about $20 more (per month) than I would have paid for the Forester! He worked his tail off to get me what I wanted...this is what makes a GREAT salesman and dealership. So I not only have a beautiful new Outback in Venetian Red (woo-woo), but it's fully loaded to boot! Remote car starter, heated seats & windows, Bluetooth...the whole enchilada as they say! Dave wanted to make me happy with my new car...and he succeeded!!!!! I know that Steve Lewis values customer and repeat loyalty but I can honestly say that I appreciate the loyalty extended to me by Dave and the #1 Subaru dealership in the country that backs him up!!! More

Great experience! From the moment we were greeted at the door to the time we drove the car home, it was nothing but a positive experience. We started our shopping at this dealership, went to a few other dealers as we test drove other brands (never owned a Subaru before), and easily returned to this dealer for the purchase based on our initial experience. The 2nd visit did not disappoint. Dave was great at guiding my daughter thru the purchase of her first new car. Where she had found other dealers to be somewhat condescending to her, that was not the case here and that made a big difference to us. We were not pushed into a sale on our 1st visit - Dave accommodate our need for a test drive and some pricing. When we were ready to buy, the actual negotiation to purchase was painless and we signed the purchase order that day. The car was delivered the next day as promised. I've been to a lot of local dealers for all brands, and this was truly a great experience. Highly recommend both this dealership (and Dave Hanks) and now the Subaru product. More

Jesse was very informative, we were between an Outback and Forester. He took the time to take extended test drives, answered all of our questions and pointed out pros and cons of each car and which would work better for our needs. They didn't have on the lot what were wanted regarding color/options. But they found what we needed and added the additional options that were needed. Jesse is an asset to the dealership, he made the whole transaction very easy and smooth. More
