The cleaning solution on the inside of the vehicle was rather noxious but it is dissipating. The car drives well; passed inspection and I look forward to road trips?? More
Excellent experience I wasn't expecting to buy a new car when I visited Steve Lewis Subaru on a rainy Sunday afternoon, but my experience with Jesse Bilodeau convinced me I wasn't expecting to buy a new car when I visited Steve Lewis Subaru on a rainy Sunday afternoon, but my experience with Jesse Bilodeau convinced me that buying from him was my best option. He was friendly but not overbearing; he was knowledgeable but not condescending; he was eager but not forceful; he was honest but not evasive. He spent more than three hours with me, taking the car (a 2014 Impreza) on a test drive, showing me the various features of different models, talking about color options, answering my questions, and discussing financing. I never felt pressured, and I walked out that day having signed papers. The experience felt like two friends negotiating a deal over coffee. It was easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend Jesse, in particular, and Subaru, in general. Great cars. Great service. Glad I decided stop in that day. More

We called in advance to make sure the vehicle was still there, since we were doing a little traveling. The first person we talked to told us to come in and to ask for him, he knew we wouldn't get there until about 5pm. When we walked in we were informed that he had left for the day, which put a sour taste in our mouths. Turns out everything happens for a reason. We then got the pleasure of working with Jennifer Godbout who went above and beyond for us!! We got the Honda Odyssey at an amazing price and the service was phenomenal. She made sure we got everything that we wanted and answered all of our questions!! She was even willing to drive the vehicle to me since my hours at work didn't fit into their hours of operation! The Financing guy was outstanding too!! Over-all best experience we've had at a dealership!! Thank you guys all so much!!! More

I appreciated that John wasn't pushy on our first visit there and listened to what we were looking for and our overall plan & timeline for getting a new car. John is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions plus had answers to things I didn't even think to ask. He really took the time to explain the ins & outs of the car, both before we made a decision on a car and also after we made the purchase. We did find better pricing at other Subaru dealerships, but the convenience of Steve Lewis Subaru's location was worth the higher price in our situation. John has also continued to follow up with us about our new vehicle, which is great as questions have come up since we took the car home. Overall, our experience at Steve Lewis Subaru was positive! Best Sales Staff Ever! In March of 2014 I randomly stopped into the Steve Lewis Subaru dealership because they had a Mini Cooper on the lot, and I had to test drive it! I wa In March of 2014 I randomly stopped into the Steve Lewis Subaru dealership because they had a Mini Cooper on the lot, and I had to test drive it! I walked inside and was immediately greeted by Peter Lustenberger who was extremely friendly and welcoming. He took me out right away in the Mini. Once I realized it wasn't the right fit for me, he was very patient in taking me on a test drive of a new Crosstrek XV; which I loved. When I shared that I wasn't ready at that point to make a decision Pete gave me his email address and personal cell number so we could stay in touch. Over the next week he answered whatever questions I sent his way in a very timely manner. I returned the next weekend with my fiance to take the car on another test drive. At that point both Peter and Tyler Griswold joined us on the test drive. They let both of us take it for a spin. It felt more like we were driving around with friends than salespeople. The staff there is so friendly and personable that it makes the car buying experience one that is enjoyable and not stressful at all. No pressure was ever put on us; it was evident that the staff cared most to make sure that I was choosing the right car for me and in my own time. It tends to usually be a long day of paperwork when you're getting a new car but looking back on that day, it didn't feel that way at all. Peter and Tyler walked us through all of the documents and explained what all of the details meant. While we were waiting to meet with Myron the Financial Manager, one of the other sales staff invited us to go out to the garage where they were grilling hamburgers and hot dogs. I can't say that I've ever had a more enjoyable car buying experience. Once all was said and done, I had my brand new amazing Subaru Crosstrek XV. It's been a phenomenal car that is a lot of fun to drive; I especially appreciate the all weather package that came with it. During the first week I realized I was having issues syncing my cellphone Bluetooth to the car. When I reached out with Peter he had me come in and spent a significant amount of time with me to make sure that he did everything he could to get it to work. Every time I stop in the dealership now for other things I'm always greeted by the staff as if being greeted by a friend. Steve Lewis Subaru has provided my fiance and I with two really great vehicles over the past year and really fantastic car buying experiences along with them. I definitely recommend this dealership and especially encourage potential buyers to work with Peter Lustenberger and Tyler Griswold! They are the best and will take great care of you. More

After working with the staff, and playing around with the pricing figures, we figured out how much It would cost me to put down on the car, in order to keep my payments reasonable, I was not happy. Then they informed me of their Loyalty Program. Not only was it cheaper for me to do another leased vehical with them I was able to keep my monthly payments down and drive out of the lot in a brand new 2014 Legacy. GREAT job guys. Thank You More

New to the Subaru brand, and to used car buying, we have been a Jeep family, but with the excellent reputation of the dealer, the knowledge and helpfulness of our sales person, John, and his trainee Dave (formerly in the service department at Steve Lewis!), and the strength of the brand and family recommendations, we are confident about our 2010 Outback and NOT worried about the 78K miles on the odometer! We trust that even without the full warrantee at this advanced mileage, we will always have the Steve Lewis Subaru team watching our back! More

Gus Erskine was my salesman and he had a nice laid back no pressure approach. We took out multiple cars for test drives and he was very knowledgable about each model. Gus worked with me to figure out exactly what I wanted and how to fit it into my budget. I was expecting to have at least a little buyers remorse after I drove off the lot, but it's been almost two weeks now since I leased the car and I'm still loving it. I would recommend Steve Lewis Subaru to anyone looking to buy a car, Subaru or not. Bottom line - 10 out of 10 experience! More
