We've been delighted by the service for our 2018 Forester. During our most recent service appointment to fix our air conditioning, the team at Subaru was well familiar with the problem: chipmunks. Forester. During our most recent service appointment to fix our air conditioning, the team at Subaru was well familiar with the problem: chipmunks. And their technician figured out how to remove (yuk) animal debris, found the wire said varmint had gnawed through, and reconnected the line. Et Voila, air conditioning is working. They also advised pepermint oil, which is working nicely. They also found a low cost solution to the problem. I was frankly astonished. Great work and also integrity and real helpfulness. I was grossly misled about tire replacement policy and was not advised to replace dangerously worn tires in a timely fashion. To top it off, I was given a wildly expensive repair estimate; I had the same was not advised to replace dangerously worn tires in a timely fashion. I will steer well clear of their service department going forward. More
