The price gouging for a cabin filter is insane. The guy took that to mean they would do it and changed it. I NEVER let the team touch my tires because they always blow out valves. This time the team didn't clear my maintenance screen from blasting that I need a tire rotation each time I start the car. I change my tires every six months, so this is super irritating. For real, this is the last straw. Also, the price of a SYNTHETIC oil change increased by 25%. Nope. More
I had made an 10am appointment and was told it would take 30 minutes. After an hour and a half my car was finally brought in, once in the shop my service only took 25 minutes.
