They got everything right I found this car online (from Oregon!) and worked with David, who covered ALL the details. The financing, insurance, registration, certification, the timeliness of the paperwork... even the pickup at the airport— everything went without a hitch. And then when I arrived, I had Terra to run me through all the operations of the car and whatever else I would need to know. (By the way, this Suburu 4-wheel drive is awesome! It took me one day to realize that I need have no fear of the snow in this baby!) Not that I necessarily needed hand-holding, but Terra was right there... friendly and competent. I may have to revise my stereotyped opinion about used car salespeople! In short, these folks rock. More

I walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted by Todd Gerry who stopped what he was doing to take me on a test drive. He was more than helpful, and answered all my questions. My particular vehicle had to be ordered (which I expected) but I was notified promptly when it arrived. I scheduled a time to come in to pick it up but due to impending weather, I arrived early. No surprise, I was assisted immediately!! I have never had a transaction flow so seamlessly!! Terra Hondrogen walked me through all of my cars features and took her time, making sure I understood them all.... Loved the experience.... OH, yeah, I LOVE my new Subaru Outback Touring too!!!!! More
