I met with Paul and he helped match me to a new car which I immediately bought after test driving, and have continued to love. Everyone who I encountered in this dealership was really friendly and genuinely interested in helping their customers. They made an experience I thought would be stressful and terrifying into a fun and really pleasant one! Would recommend 10/10. More

Since my purchase have gotten help with questions about all the technology my previous vehicles did not have, advice on keeping the exterior and interior clean---pretty much anything I need to know I can just call and they are responsive and genuinely happy to help. Far more helpful and accommodating than Honda dealer, from whom my husband and I had purchased several cars. More

While having my Forester serviced by the super friendly and accommodating service department I test drove an Outback and ended up buying it. Extremely poor and irresponsible service and accounting Bought a vehicle at this dealership and also purchased their GAP insurance. When I sold the vehicle years later I canceled the GAP insurance. The deal Bought a vehicle at this dealership and also purchased their GAP insurance. When I sold the vehicle years later I canceled the GAP insurance. The dealer gets the refund is supposed to send you the refund money. They held the money for months and gave me a very hard time to get my money back. Extremely upsetting and disappointing. When I would call they would give me a run around story saying they didn't get the money or they already sent it to me. None of it was true, the GAP insurance company had everything together this dealership is just trying to rob every penny they can. Seriously avoid doing business with this place, it's not worth the hassle in the long run. More
