Best Dealership Experience I wanted to trade in my impreza for an outback (I needed a bigger vehicle to go kayaking, camping, etc.). My impreza was involved in an accident, so i I wanted to trade in my impreza for an outback (I needed a bigger vehicle to go kayaking, camping, etc.). My impreza was involved in an accident, so it lost a lot of value. I reached out to each dealership in an hour radius from me for a quote. They all quoted me way above my price range (my target was to spend about $80 more per month and each dealer was quoting me over $150). I gave up my search and told each dealer I was no longer interested. Glen Reen from Hadley called me asking if I could come by for a quote; he sounded very genuine over the phone and that is because he is. There was no hassle, no back and forth of bidding, just I want to spend $X.xx, these are the features that I want, is it possible? Well it is with him. I ended up with 6$ more per month than what I asked him to quote me at. I had my heated seats, my cross bar roof rack, and my car starter. He even asked me if we needed to find a different color or if the ones he had on the lot were okay. He was open and honest, wasn't pushy, and it made a wonderful experience. I highly recommend anyone who needs a car to go to him. He isn't a sales dealer, he is a human being- and that goes a long way. More

Great experience buying a forester with Tyler Landry! Awesome experience. I went through true car so I entered the dealership not worried about the stressful haggling process. I honestly think even if I didn't have the true car guarantee, my experience with Tyler Landry would have been stress free. I feel like he was being very honest with me the entire time and is also super friendly and easy to talk to. He made absolutely sure that I got everything I wanted, even ordering a forester from another dealer so I could get a specific color and installing a remote start for me! He was also incredibly knowledgable and patient with my specific issues related to purchasing the car, including getting the title of the vehicle from my mother and explaining the Mass law about registering cars with an out-of-state driver's license. Jack Walczak was very thorough and patient when going over sales paperwork and talking about financing. Obviously, part of his job is to sell add-on services like paint protection, gap insurance, etc. When I declined something, he was not pushy at all and respected my decision. Benny Cruz in the service center was very kind and knowledgable, and gave me great advice about how the CVT transmission works and which noises are ok and which noises are not ok. I imagine this will save me a lot of worried phone calls! Josh Love was also great, and gave me a thorough but efficient overview of all of the technology in my car. I am so thrilled with my experience with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone. More
