What I greatly appreciate about Steve Lewis Subaru (and my salesperson, Tyler) is that there is virtually no pressure to make an immediate purchase. I also appreciate that I am treated with great respect as a woman purchasing a car, something that I found to not hold true at other dealerships in the past. In the case of my first Forester, I came back a number of times to test drive vehicles, as I was torn between models, the Outback being my first choice. Sales personnel were patient and allowed me to come to my own decision with no pressure. Once it came to financing, the process was painless (save the time it takes to do so, as these things go) and I believe that they offer the best terms possible to returning customers. And once a member of the Steve Lewis "family", service appointments are a breeze and I have never had a problem reaching someone during business hours to ask questions. Flawless I called ahead to the salesman that sold me my first Subaru to schedule a test drive. We took a couple of cars (STI & BRZ) out for a ride. Unfortunately the STI was a bit out of my reach payment wise. So I ended up with the BRZ which I absolutely love. I was able to fill out all the paperwork necessary that day. Steve Lewis met the price that another dealership had given us on the car that we wanted including throwing in a few "extras" that the other dealership was willing to give us. About the only "bump" in the process was when the power in the dealership went off while we were dealing with the finance manager and our half completed loan info was locked up in the computer for a while. It was a long afternoon at Steve Lewis, but it was worth it. We love our car and love the folks at Steve Lewis! More
