We made an appointment to see a used car that was listed on the website as being available; we were told that we were put "on the board" and that the specific car we wanted to see was noted on our appointme on the website as being available; we were told that we were put "on the board" and that the specific car we wanted to see was noted on our appointment. At our appointment, a salesperson pulled the car up and let us test drive it. When we got back from the test drive, we were handed off to a second salesperson who pulled the new version of that car for comparison. We liked the used model and asked to go over the numbers. Only then, more than an hour after we got there, were we told that the car was already sold. Then we were offered an up-sell to a more expensive used model. It was disrespectful and a waste of time. One of these days, I'm going to be able to afford a fully kitted-out WRX or BRZ, and when I do, you'd best believe I'm heading to Steve Lewis Subaru. Highly recommended. More
