I took my 2020 ram 3500 in with an oil leak around oil pan gasket. asked would be ok to have a few days. 2 weeks later called said parts should be in next day. should be ready around Jan 1. Called to chec pan gasket. asked would be ok to have a few days. 2 weeks later called said parts should be in next day. should be ready around Jan 1. Called to check on the truck and said should be ready soon I said I was needing it to haul equipment service rep said tough luck won't be using it for a bit. called every couple of days checking on it. excuse that waiting on a bay to put it in. should be ready in a couple of days. then brush guard in way and aux switch wires in way. called several times with service guy not in or at lunch will call you back with never a call back. fast forward to week 7 after waiting on hold for 40 min they said truck in shop should be ready Thursday. friday called after talking to 2 different service dept guys should be done Friday. no call back about called Monday at lunch different service guy said still working on it. got a call Monday late afternoon said should be ready Tuesday morning by 10 Had to add oil and fluids still. No call so called at 11 said it's ready was getting ready to call. got there to pick it up on a warranty job and said I owe almost 600 because they had to take 4 bolts off brush guard. I raised a fit and final charge was 0. so it almost took 8 weeks to fix a warranty oil pan gasket then tried to charge almost 600 dollars not counting the truck I have been using not mine. More

According to Google maps, I was in with a trade-in, out with my new car in an hour and twenty-nine minutes. Post purchase paperwork and discussion took place with chat. Disastrous Experience at Steve Jones Jeep Dealership I regret to say that my recent experience with Steve Jones Jeep dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. About a month ago, I brought my car i regret to say that my recent experience with Steve Jones Jeep dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. About a month ago, I brought my car in due to power steering and electrical issues. Little did I know, this would be the beginning of a frustrating and costly ordeal. After a week and a half of waiting, I picked up my car, handed over a staggering $1800 bill, and hoped for the best. The service supposedly included replacing the battery, starter, and a ground cable beneath the car. However, my hopes were quickly dashed as I experienced not one, but multiple "blackouts" on my way home. Imagine driving on the interstate only to have your car's power, including the radio and A/C, cut out multiple times. This forced me to pull over each time, restart the car, and hope for the best. This continued for weeks, with the car exhibiting the exact same issue I originally reported. Frustrated, I brought my car back for additional tests. When I picked it up again this past week, I was informed that the A/C was supposedly fixed. Spoiler alert: it wasn't. Driving home, you guessed it, another "blackout" left me stranded on the side of the road. To add insult to injury, the service agent had the audacity to claim the A/C was functioning when it clearly wasn't. They also confessed that they were unable to diagnose the "blackout" issue during their additional tests. So, here I am, with a car in the same sorry state as before, out $1800, and with no resolution in sight. The lack of competence and accountability at Steve Jones Jeep dealership is astounding. Not only did they fail to fix the initial problem, but they also made false claims about repairs and left me in a dangerous situation on the road. Now, I'm left with no choice but to take my car to yet another service shop, costing me even more money. Save yourself the headache and avoid Steve Jones Jeep dealership at all costs. The subpar service, lack of follow-through, and disregard for customer safety are simply unacceptable. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. More
