Before this experience, my wife and I had bought 3 new cars over the past 15 years...all in Evansville. Our 45 minute drive to Owensboro was the first time we had ever gone out of town to consider a vehic cars over the past 15 years...all in Evansville. Our 45 minute drive to Owensboro was the first time we had ever gone out of town to consider a vehicle, and from the second Jeremiah and Angel found out we were out of towners, they started working hard to make sure we didn't go back to Evansville without one of "their" cars, because as they put it, "We get one shot at you." The very first numbers they gave us were enough to get us to stick around to talk more. At the end of the day, however, we knew we needed to at least go back to Evansville and look one last time at the other vehicle we had been considering. Instead of pressuring us to make a purchase right then and there, Angel agreed to lock down the vehicle we were looking for a few days until we made up our mind. A couple of days later, we called Jeremiah to see if they would be willing to let us drive the vehicle around Evansville for a day or so. They agreed. so Angel, who as we discovered, lives very close to us, delivered the vehicle on his way home from work that very night. So, the next day, I went to work and my wife was planning to drive the vehicle for the day. However, she accidentally locked the key fob inside. Rather than telling us we had to drive back to Owensboro to pick up the second fob, Jeremiah drove 45 minutes to bring it to our house. (major customer service win). Once we decided we were going to purchase the vehicle, the process was extremely smooth. We alreay had agreed on a trade in price for our old vehicle, so all we had to do was discuss financing and warranties. The only issue we ran into was over the clear coat protection, which we thought was still included in the price we agreed, and signed papers on. Nobody ever told us they had taken it out of the package during the negotiations, and Angel was not willing to add it back in, but said he would discount it by a couple hundred dollars if we decided to do it. Felt a little screwed in that regard, but they ARE car salesmen, afterall. While driving our newly purchased vehicle back to Evansville, we started noticing a rattle coming from somewhere on the driver's side. Drove it back to Owensboro after work one day, and within an hour, it was diagnosed and fixed. The last thing I will mention is that once we had all of the financing papers complete, we called our insurance company to add the vehicle to our policy. We then discovered they could get us a better loan rate, AND total loss protection would be included at no extra cost with the loan because we are existing State Farm customers. So we are now in the process of having them take over the loan, and we are looking forward to getting our $600 back from the original GAP insurance we purchased. Making the switch to State Farm is going to save us the equivalent of about 2 payments in the long run, and was totally worth it, especially since State Farm is not charging us any fees for refinancing with them. We are very happy with our purchase, and the treatment we received from the dealer. One of our kids even asked if we could invite Angel and Jeremiah over for dinner sometime. I had never been to Steve jones chrysler to shop for a car, I bought my 2012 compass at Moore because it is near my house. I got a rattle in my back seat, and I called them up(Moore) and asked if they could fix it. They said there would be a labor charge for fixing it even though the vehicle was brand new! I called Steve Jones and they told me to bring it in. Turns out there was a clip loose in my back seat. Tony drove it around the lot, they fixed it, and I was down the road in 15 minutes. I'll never go anywhere else. More

The 2 sales representatives, Sarah and Josh, were both very friendly and helpful. I would recommend friends to them. I did have an unhappy experience with Angel. I understand that he was trying to help me very friendly and helpful. I would recommend friends to them. I did have an unhappy experience with Angel. I understand that he was trying to help me get a car but the manner in which he did was horrible. He kept trying to get me to accept a deal on a car that I did not like and did not want. He told me that even if I didn't like it, to buy it, drive it for a year and then come back and trade it in. After leaving, I did go to a few other dealerships but they were unable to get my payments were I wanted them. I came back to Steve Jones dealership, found the car I wanted, and they worked so I could get it. I am very happy with the car that I bought. More
Angel Cadiz in Sales and Tony in the Service Department are both outstanding in regards to customer service and satisfaction. Everyone is super nice and helpful. John on the service floor got a salesman to get us a loaner car because our truck was going to be there 6 hours. When my husband and I bought our new Town & Country we were very pleased with the gentelman who sold us the van. We were sorry to here that he is no longer working there. We have been to the service department for an oil change, a recall, to have backup alarms installed and tires. Jimmy Edge in service has always been friendly and helpful. William Johnson in parts is an exceptional person. He sold us some mats, backup alarms, and tires, when all we went in for was a tube of touch up paint. His pleasant manner, caused an immediate connection. We will continue to buy our vehicles, service them and continue to buy parts from Steve Jones Chrysler More
