My experience was great with Kia and Jazmen (sp? ). I was sort of lost at what car to buy when I started looking but she went out of her way to make sure I had all the information to make my decision ). She even had a coworker let me ride in her car (same as I bought) to get the full experience! Made all the difference! Even Kaylee whom helped me through the financing department was great to work with and kept me updated through out the process. Buying a car can be stressful but they made it all easier! Thanks!!! Ruben was nice, friendly, and polite… but in the end, lied to us. The sales manager used the term “this is how I feed my family”, implying that his family wouldn’t eat if he didn’t sell this car under t lied to us. The sales manager used the term “this is how I feed my family”, implying that his family wouldn’t eat if he didn’t sell this car under the terms he wanted. This statement also implies that my money and how I feed my family wasn’t important. They wouldn’t give me enough money for my trade-in and were charging a “market adjustment” of almost $4000 that isn’t charged at other dealerships. We walked out when they refused to negotiate. Ruben called a couple weeks later to thank us for our business (which we didn’t give them) so I know they don’t really care about customer service. More
