Great experience leasing our new 2018 XT5 My wife and I came to Steve Foley Cadillac to look at the new 2018 XT5 crossover. We were driving a 2007 Volvo XC90 and needed to replace it. After My wife and I came to Steve Foley Cadillac to look at the new 2018 XT5 crossover. We were driving a 2007 Volvo XC90 and needed to replace it. After driving the new Volvo SUV's and not being very impressed, we decided to look at the XT5. Karen Juarez, our salesperson, was terrific throughout the process and gave us her undivided attention as we test drove several vehicles and looked at different color combinations. We were very impressed with the XT5 and also, with the dealership. We had previously purchased a Cadillac from Steve Foley more than 25 years ago. We ended up leasing a new XT5 and we felt that Karen helped us get a very fair deal. We have been back to Steve Foley several times since we concluded our transaction for complimentary car washes. We are very pleased with the dealership and with Karen. We will certainly recommend Cadillac and Steve Foley to our friends and relatives. More

He worked with me patiently finding me the color combination I wanted that was already on the lot, leasing was the right price we wanted, and he explained the workings of the car so it was clear to understand. And best yet, when we had our first bad snow storm recently, he called me personally at home in late afternoon to be sure I knew how to turn on the 4 wheel drive. That is someone who cares about the safety of his customers who bought a new car! Thanks for the concern which no other salesperson has ever done before. Steve Foley is lucky to have him there and I will buy another when the lease is up. More

Wow....our salesman, Jim Mazzetti, was by far the most knowledgeable and professional salesperson we had ever dealt with. He told us that he has been at this dealership for 35 years...no wonder he is as great as can be!! I highly recommend Jim Mazzetti to everyone I know and even people I don't know. More

Service department is a joke BE AWARE I took my car there on the 8th after hearing some weird noise from my engine. Obviously without an appointment, no one will wait for an appo BE AWARE I took my car there on the 8th after hearing some weird noise from my engine. Obviously without an appointment, no one will wait for an appointment when they hear engine noise with a 9k miles car. They gave me the (do you have an appointment face), obviously not. Not gonna wait for the engine to blow up until the appointment day. They asked to drop it off, I'm like okay. Of course they no loaner and no shuttle over 5miles. (Even tho it's an $82k car) I wait until the next day, no call. I call them, they say there's something broke inside the engine and they need to take the engine apart. I ask how long will that take and what's the latest it will be done. They said by the end of the week, I'm like okay. I call the next day the 10th, what's going on? "We still opening the head of the engine" okay. I call the next day the 11th. Same thing. I call on the 12th "we took the engine apart and something broke and now we have to order some parts. Okay. I call the next day the 13th "some parts are back ordered and we are trying to find another dealership that has them" okay. I call Monday the 15th, what happened? "The parts came missing we have to wait another day" okay I call the next day the 16th "the mechanic that's working on your car has a family emergency and didn't show up today" I call the 17th "we are working on your car, I'm like okay that's it im calling GM now. I called GM, they contacted the dealership, no help. I call on the 18th, "we tried to rush the car and we did something wrong with the timing and now we have to open the whole thing again" I call on the 19th "your car should be done around 3PM" Now I'm happy and decided to stay home, since i live on the North suburbs. I call at 3 and leave a voicemail, nothing I call at 4 and leave a voicemail, nothing I finally got a call at 5PM saying the car is done. I go pick it up, after 2 weeks of waiting. All good. 2 days later the lifters are making noise. Because they are not timed right and need adjustment. Obviously I'm not taking it back there. Btw when i asked why is this taking so long "sir we are running a whole dealership here we can't just work on your car, your car needs 23 hours labor" I left the car there for 240 HOURS!! What a joke! Never going back there again. Unprofessional, unorganized. I could've got the car done in less than 3 days with my mechanic. Don't trust them with mechanic problems, all they can do is change oil and rotate tires lol More
