Easy to work with and were timely in response I bought a used car out of state from them and dealt with Frank, he and his team were very timely and truthful about the car. SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!! I bought a used Cadillac from a different delaership in the napelton auto group 3 years ago and was very pleased with my experience and I SCAM ALERT!! I bought a used Cadillac from a different delaership in the napelton auto group 3 years ago and was very pleased with my experience and I loved that car. The car unfortunately got totaled. I wanted to stay within the napelton group because of my experience the first time. My first call was to the same dealership but they did not have any Cadillacs and I was brand loyal at that point. I found a used Cadillac CTS at this dealership through cars.com with an internet price of $14,995 with 29,355 miles. Which cars.com put at a good deal. So I called the dealership and they confirmed the car was on their lot and they confirmed the price. Then I did all the usual checks blue book, black book, NADA to see where the car was priced. It was high but within range so I decided this would be the car I would want if everything was in the shape it should be. This dealership is over 2 hours from where I live so I also wanted to confirm what other used CTS models they had on their lot in case for some reason I did not like the one they had because if I'm driving that far I would want to purchase off their lot. One out of the 3 cars on their site was located in Calumet City but they said they might be able to get it to this dealership. They said they would call me back and let me know. A few hours ticked by and no call back but I REALLY needed a car before the weekend was up for work on Monday and the CTS I was very much interested in was confirmed on their lot. So I drove out to them, test drove the car, checked everything over. It was in good condition except for some big scratches on one of the wheels. All in all I liked it so we went to talk numbers and to my suprise I was informed the car was $1,970.00 MORE than the internet price. I was told their was a dealership prep fee and a special protective car coating fee that was not included on the internet price. I told my rep that you have to be kidding me... I am in sales and if I did that to my customers they would tell me to pound sand so fast my head would spin. He said that's what the price is and that they get calls from all over the country so it is what it is. So I said I'm leaving. He walked out and came back in and said well maybe I can take one of these off. I said you absolutley need to take both of these off I do not do business this way. He said make me an offer and I said 13,800 which was reasonable when you took the scratches into account and I was told that wasn't going to happen because the price of the car was $16,965.00 and I told him that the price was $14,995.00 which was advertised. He said it was in perfect condition and I said even in perfect condition the car is worth a little less than what you advertised online but the wheel is all scratched up and a replacement is around 700-800 dollars. So I left. I had spent my whole day and 4 hours worth of driving trying to do business with this dealership and was prepared to buy a car from them that day but that chased me out of there very quick. If this is what they do just on price how can you trust that they are not acting in similar taste with the car itself. I am in my 20's and will have many more cars in my life and my hope was that in 1 year to 2 years I would be back to buy a brand new CTS and I wanted to buy from the same dealership if possible and same auto group at very least. The dealership, the auto group and Cadillac lost my business for life. I expect a certain level of ethics and judgement from a Cadillac dealership which was not provided. I had to get a car for work so I ended up buying a fully loaded Chrysler 300L. The price was as advertised and the level of ethics and consideration were head and shoulders above this dealership. This was a big disappointment! More

Jim Mazzetti greeted me as I entered and inquired about our interest and readily proceeded to identify vehicles that meet our focus. He helped us understand the similarities and difference that enabled us to quickly narrow down where to devote our time and efforts. After good test drives and with professional insight from Jim we made a good decision and left later that day with a vehicle that fully satisfied our needs and desires. Thank you, Jim! Separately, a key reason we started our search at Steve Foley was the help and guidance we have received from Marcell with service on Cadillac we owned for 10 years. Marcell saw to it that our car was serviced fully and on a timely basis. We appreciated his care and interest in our service needs. More
