This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I took my car in after hitting a deer and from the start they did not want anything to do with me. Bryce Hensley the body shop manager tr dealership. I took my car in after hitting a deer and from the start they did not want anything to do with me. Bryce Hensley the body shop manager treated me with disrespect from the start telling me they could nit get parts and I needed to find them. After al of that they decided to go aftermarket and that’s not a problem as long as it looks good. So this is where more problems come from the entire time Bryce said he wanted to make sure it wasn’t totaled for me but as he is saying this he priced my insurance OEM. To someone who doesn’t work in a dealership that means brand new and all I got were junk yard parts that are way cheaper. So a couple months go by and I get the car out and I notice the paint is pealing so not mad I take it in to get it looked and and to have them fix it no big deal. Bryce then told me it was my fault and said I scraped it but from myself and people who paint cars I have been told that there was no adhesive used to keep the paint on and now I’m stuck with a car that is messed up and nothing will be done who knows if the rest of the car is painted the same way. So I’m conclusion Bryce Hensley is a rude, and inconsiderate and I would recommend everyone to stay away. PS. Hunter corbett More

engine light on and stalling I called the dealership on Friday afternoon and told them what my car was doing and they made me an oppointmen for Monday at 8 am. They repaired my vehicle under warranty in less then one hour and had me on my way. Very friendly and professional staff. The tech who made the repair explain what was wrong and the repair he made.
