Greg my service advisor was outstanding. What I had thought and communicated to him what might be wrong with it wasn't the case. Even though I had declined the repair at the present moment he did not charge me for the diagnostic work etc since is was part of the original issue. I am most appreciative for this. Stetler did a great job. They had to order the parts to fix the air conditioner in our Charger, called us a soon as the parts came in and gave us an estimate.
