I've dealt with salesperson (Jeep Wrangler custom order), sales manager (two vehicle trade in), parts department (Wrangler upgrad the bar on service. I've dealt with salesperson (Jeep Wrangler custom order), sales manager (two vehicle trade in), parts department (Wrangler upgrades, such as lift kit, tires, etc), service department (suspension lift) various times and every time they go out of their way to make me happy. For example, my lift kit was out of stock and had an eta of 6 months. So they purchased it from another dealer 2 hours away and had one of their guys drive there to get it. They took my trade ins at a great price. They take my Jeep for suspension retighten and check up at no cost to me. I'm enjoying dealing with Stetler. More
