He took the time to not only explain what the issue was and what the next steps would need to be, but he was also extremely polite, personable and friendly. I have been to that dealership a few times before and every time without exception Tim has been outstanding. Boss, if you are reading this I think Tim deserves employee of the month! Employees like that are keepers and should be rewarded when they deliver exceptional customer service and experience. More
