I went in to Sterling McCall Toyota off of Southwest freeway for an oil change and I state inspection. The hose going to my air return valve was left loose after the inspection causing orange lights to freeway for an oil change and I state inspection. The hose going to my air return valve was left loose after the inspection causing orange lights to come on in my dashboard. Thankfully I noticed the lighting before I left the dealership. Sterling McCall Toyota service has really gone down. When I took my vehicle last time to get an oil change the fluids were not topped off nor did they check the tire pressure. Very disappointed in my last 2 visits. More

I always go to this Toyota because I know that they will do a great and thorough job. And they aren't a dealership that just has you do things just to do them . They will tell you all of the things they not do a great and thorough job. And they aren't a dealership that just has you do things just to do them . They will tell you all of the things they noticed but they will say things like " you won't have to do it this visit but we did notice it and wanted to inform you " . I trust them so much .
