Went in for 5,000 mile checkup. Gus kindly let me know I could go to the "Express" section. My car was ready in less than an hour. Servicemen in Express bay were very polite and Gus kindly let me know I could go to the "Express" section. My car was ready in less than an hour. Servicemen in Express bay were very polite and listened to my complaint about the fact that Toyota has a RECALL on driver's airbag, but THEY HAVE NO REMEDY AT THIS TIME. Didn't give me a very warm and fuzzy feeling, knowing I'm driving a brand-new 2023 Highlander that has a potential problem with my airbag. How can Toyota have a recall, but NO REMEDY at this time.
