SERVICE VISIT

I was highly disappointed with the service provided to me. It took the dealership to took more than 3 hours to complete state inspection and remove one nail from rare tyre. Staff behavior was rude and ind me. It took the dealership to took more than 3 hours to complete state inspection and remove one nail from rare tyre. Staff behavior was rude and indifferent even the man on counter was extremely rude. I strongly recommend disciplinary action against those members and remedy to my time. More

SALES VISIT - USED

Horrible buying experience; called the dealership to start the process of purchasing a vehicle so I could fly down to Houston and pick up vehicle but the salesman I was working with never responded in a start the process of purchasing a vehicle so I could fly down to Houston and pick up vehicle but the salesman I was working with never responded in a timely until after back and forth texting he tells me that the car was sold so I've called a manager and informed him of what happened needless to say I'll never consider or call this dealer again but beware of dealing over the phone and just cut to the chase and speak to a manager. More
