In 2013, he helped me through the whole process of leasing my first car ever, which was a Camry, and made the whole process simple and easy. Before coming to the dealer, I was confused about the leasing process and was worried about not getting the perfect car and deal. However, due to Mr. Shahid Usmani's excellent guidance, all my worries were gone in a matter of few minutes and I happily drove-off with my first, brand-new car and was stress-free. I only being a teenager then, received so much attention from him. If he can deal with a teenager, he can deal with anyone in an excellent manner. He is definitely one of a kind of person. In July of 2015, I came to him again to lease my second car, and again was met with his usual, relentless helpfulness, expertise and professionalism. My friend told me that Mr. Mann was a straight shooter and that he I wanted a new Toyota RAV4 so a family friend recommended I talk to Mr. Bert Mann. My friend told me that Mr. Mann was a straight shooter and that he did not play the typical salesman games. I'd visited many dealerships during the week and was tired of playing their games. Normally you hold some information close to your vest so that the salesmen don't have the upper advantage but I was told that I could trust Mr. Mann and he would not take advantage of me. My friend was right. I took a chance and told Mr. Mann exactly what I was willing to spend monthly, what my credit score was, and how much my trade in was worth. He pulled up the numbers for the car I wanted and presented me with an out-the-door price including TTL, destination, etc that was far below the best price any other dealership had offered. The car I wanted was not in stock and needed to be ordered. At other dealerships they would push me towards the higher end models instead of focusing on attaining the model I wanted. Mr. Mann never pushed me towards a more expensive model. He ordered my car and told me when I could pick it up. When I arrived to take delivery it was exactly as I wanted. The price had not changed and he didn't push me to buy any upgrades. I drove home happy! If you want to play games and end up with a headache go to Fred Haas Toyota. Also, they believe in meeting the needs of their customers and making sure they are 100% satisfied. Yancey found the truck that I wanted and he made sure that it was equipped the way that I wanted it. Dennis Bilir took care of the finance and paperwork. He was very friendly, courteous, and applied no pressure. Lastly, Yancy's, Tunde's, and Dennis' dedication to their job, attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and concern for their customers, speaks volumes for the entire Sterling McCall Toyota establishment. Bought a junker I bought a used Hyundai genesis coupe from these guys, looked like a good car and everything. Car fax report came back clean, i haggled the price down a good bit( now realizing why they were so negotiable on the price drop) and so i bought it. i started doing upgrades on it and my body shop owner asked me if this car has ever been in an accident. i replied no, he told me the entire rear half of the car has been damaged and repainted, very badly painted may i add, and that i shouldn't have been sold this car. i went back to the dealership after finding out this news and asked to be reimbursed because now i have to pay out of pocket a few thousand dollars to get it repainted. They practically laughed me out since its my fault that i bought the car and they wont do anything for me. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! you will thank me in the long run. More

I stopped by on a Thursday night and test drove the vehicle. The car was in great shape however, I heard a little winning noise and was told by Joseph Boguhet and Alex (pre owned manager) that was the turbo on the vehicle. Alex ensured me that those cars are put through vigorous inspection. I asked that they run a diagnostic on the vehicle to make sue and they both assured me they would have the vehicle looked at before I drove the vehicle off the lot. I pick the vehicle up the following day around 5pm and by that night the check engine light comes on, I take the vehicle back to Sterling McCall mid day on Saturday. Ken in the service department comes out and greets me. I tell him about the problem he turns they key on and off and messes with the gas cap. Then he asked that I bring it back during the week. I bring the car back on Tuesday and drop it of with Rick. They had the car until Friday only to tell me that the vehicle needed a new catalyst converter. Alex calls me and says if I like they can fix free of charge are reverse the transaction. I opted to keep the vehicle because they ensured me they would fix it at no cost. Ken then calls and advises me they would order the part and will be in next week. The week came and went no call. I called a few time a week after and between Ken and Rick the part had not come in. 3/4 weeks later I go in and sit in the service department for roughly 2 hours while Ken looks for the file that he cant seem to locate. He finally comes with some papers and says that all the old orders were purged from the system and that he had to reorder the part. I accepted that and left I called a few more times and no part still had arrived. I went in again and Rick looked confused this time. I ended up taking the vehicle to get serviced myself. Horrible customer service and very dishonest dealership. I would never purchase another vehicle from the company or any of its affiliates again. More

He was able to clarify all the items on the contract I had questions with and was knowledgeable regarding the options available to us once he knew what we were looking for. I have never had such an easy car buying experience. Wasn't originally planning on going Toyota/Scion, but based on our experience there and great reviews about their service department, I am glad it turned out this way. I LOVE my FR-S! More
