On yesterday 10/19/23 I arrived at Sterling McCall in a tow truck. It was 1030am. My car is a 2018 Toyota Camry which was being towed. Oscar Casas was the customer service advisor. He told me my wait would tow truck. It was 1030am. My car is a 2018 Toyota Camry which was being towed. Oscar Casas was the customer service advisor. He told me my wait would between 1230pm and 1pm. I said I would wait to hear from him. So I went to the waiting lounge.I did not here from Oscar so at 1250pm I look at phone and saw a text message instead of a phone call.I placed a call to to the service number and was informed that Oscar had went to lunch.So of coarse I had to wait even longer to here what the problem was with my vehicle. My experience was poor because Oscar did not take even a minute to give me a call. The paper work even said that I was waiting.I hope in the future I will not receive that type of service because it was poor. I asked Oscar why I had not received a call and Oscar told me that it was Toyota policy to text customer.My response was I know better because I am your regular customer. More

The service manager was nice and understanding. However, their service reps are not fully trained and not thoroughly inspecting the vehicle when I brought it in for service. They wasted my time whe However, their service reps are not fully trained and not thoroughly inspecting the vehicle when I brought it in for service. They wasted my time when something simple could’ve been fix if it was done properly at the beginning. Took them 3 hours to figure out that there was some plastic piece stuck on my door which were causing the popping noise whenever I opened my driver side door. More
