Excellent Professional Customer Service Samir 'Sam' Kawar was our sales rep for Sterling McCall. He was very patient, professional and courteous during the whole time he was helping us decide which vehicle we wanted to purchase. After we finished the financial paperwork, Sam brought our new car around and gave us instructions in programming the instrument panel. We were very pleased with all the assistance he provided us. Amir Garek was our finance manager who helped us get through all the signing paperwork needed to purchase a new vehicle. Amir knew his job and completed each part with 'precision' and didn't have to repeat any procedures. Amir was courteous and his customer service was above and beyond our expectations. We are very pleased with the service we always receive at Sterling McCall Toyota. More

Sterling McCall Service department gives bad service & lied Sterling McCall Toyota service department sucks! I bought a 2016 Prius (down grade from 08 Lexus LS460) so I can pay off the morgage first before goi Sterling McCall Toyota service department sucks! I bought a 2016 Prius (down grade from 08 Lexus LS460) so I can pay off the morgage first before going something more luxurious again (since my wife spent herself into bankruptcy...Yeah!!!!). Anyways, the Prius has a "clunk" noise when the car coming onto a stop. Scheduled an appointment with them at 9am...brought it in and waited for 2 hours (didn't even get to speak to the service advisor..just some drop off boy took the car in). Anyways, after 2 hours, Mr. Hugo Martinez (Assistant Service Manager) came in and said "We don't hear any noise". Our technician test drove it and also our shop foreman...they didn't get any noise. I requested to sit with the tech or the shop foreman to point out the noise...well 10 minutes later all the sudden they came back and said they heard "the noise" now. Now, I have a dash camera (forward pointing) also a hidden interior camera. I reviewed the camera and THERE WAS NO SHOP FOREMAN ever came close the vehicle. Mr. Hugo Martinez (and his associate) lied straight into my face just because they don't want to work on the vehicle. Anyways, after they admitted there was a noise, they refused to work on it ...They said Saturday is their "busy" day and short day...and it takes time to diagnose the noise (may be shock/rear sway bar/etc)....and then to replace the parts...they may not get to it today and for me to make another appointment to come back. WTH??? I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to come in to have this issue fix and I need to make another appointment? BTW, if it helps, the Prius does NOT have a rear sway bar...does that help with your diagnosing? I even told them the possible noise is coming from the brake pads (floating brake pads) that may not be grease/lubricated properly (or lacking the clips)...also there is a rear shock nut breaking loose (TSB 0144-16) but of course Mr. Hugo Martinez wasn't interested in hearing... Mind you I used to be poor when I was in college so I used to work on car (fixing engine/rebuilding transmission/fix or replacing entire brake/suspension system) so I know more about cars then average consumer for them to pull some lame excuse on me. They sell bad cars We bought a car last week from streling McCall , when we did a test drive .. we felt there is a problem and we asked the sales person what is the issu We bought a car last week from streling McCall , when we did a test drive .. we felt there is a problem and we asked the sales person what is the issue... he drove the car ... he felt something and he did't tell us anything.. we asked him multiple time what is the issue.. he said everything is fine. When we took the car to a mechanic he said it had a crash and gave a estimate of $1000 to fix.. he was surprised how a simple mechanic was able to say that and big dealer with so many and sales reps did't say that. - they sale you cars with problem - they will not tell the truth about the car Please be very careful when u buy a car from them... take a mechanic when you want to buy from these guys... More

My experience tells me a new battery should work at least 4 years. More
