We truly enjoyed dealing with Kathie Marsh. She made buying a new vehicle such a pleasure. She has the right attributes as a sales person. We wish her the best! More

The price over there is ridiculous high. All package are charged at MSRP. Only good thing is sales men over there are nice. However, they cannont help you anything on the price. More

We try to be as nice as possible to our customers while still making enough to "keep the lights on" at the dealership. Some vehicles and packages have more "room" for negotiation than others. We will do most anything in our power to help our customers get the vehicle and payments that suit their needs. Please give us another chance to earn your business.

I'm afraid that I can't respond to your particular issues - your review was submitted over two years ago and neither Mr. Mehta or Mr. Tobias are employed here anymore, so I could not consult them for further explanation of your particular situation. I apologize for any rude behavior on their behalf. Again, I cannot speak for the individuals involved, but it is our policy to treat all customers with respect and courtesy. I can say, however, that in the past two years we have made huge changes to our dealership work processes that make it much more streamlined and hassle-free to work with our internet department in purchasing a vehicle. We work all deals from true invoice now, and we appreciate the value of the time that customers spend with us. Internet customers now work solely with a Internet Sales Manager, so delays and the old "back and forth" trips by the salesperson to the sales manager's desk are, for the most part, eliminated. Please give us a second chance to exceed your expectations.
