Ray Quin is such a great Technical Expert in the dealership! His professional knowledge and experience are priceless! We try to book an appointment with him just a day before and found a perfect tim dealership! His professional knowledge and experience are priceless! We try to book an appointment with him just a day before and found a perfect time in his schedule to bring our Tundra for 5,000 miles service. Ray listened and offered the best solution for our issues. It took some time but finally we drove our truck home happily. Thank you Ray! More
Was quoted 1hr 40 min but turned into over 2 hours for an oil change. You had no problem telling me I needed a new air filter and even showed me the video clip of you unfastening the casing the filter is in oil change. You had no problem telling me I needed a new air filter and even showed me the video clip of you unfastening the casing the filter is in, but you apparently had problem fastening the clips and cover again as I found out after driving 30 miles on the freeway from the rattling and vibrating it caused. You say I need a new water pump only after one year of it being replaced by YOU, but after the air filter issue, I question if you installed the water pump correctly the first time. More

My car could have been certified from their Hyundai store, not the Toyota store like it was sold from. I lost 5 years of warranty because it's a Genesis sedan and not a Toyota. Plus the customer servic store, not the Toyota store like it was sold from. I lost 5 years of warranty because it's a Genesis sedan and not a Toyota. Plus the customer service sucks. I had to give them one star to get the owner's manual and other books almost a month later. My real issue is finding out that I had to get an extended warranty 5 years before I needed to, if they had just sold me the Genesis from their Hyundai store. I'm going to upgrade, but it will not be with this company. The salesman tried to slip a $495 charge for nitrogen in the tires, but never said anything until I asked him what the charge was for. After buying a new set of tires later on, I paid $39.95 for nitrogen for all 4 tires. This was several years ago that I bought the car, but I recently found out about what certified means from the Hyundai dealership near me. I'd never deal with this company again, and I would not recommend that anyone else should More
Bait & Switch - they had an ad for a vehicle that was only there to get my attention and then they quickly tried to put me off on a much more expensive vehicle, saying that one had just been sold. Looked a few days later and it was still there on the site, just trying to lure folks in. More

Sarah was extremely unprofessional in her work in the service department. I was notified that my car was ready for pickup and, when I stopped by to pick up the car, I was told that the car was actually n service department. I was notified that my car was ready for pickup and, when I stopped by to pick up the car, I was told that the car was actually not ready for pickup. I waited for an hour and spoke with the cashiers in the waiting area and they said that Sarah was still working on paperwork. Another hour went by and still no word from Sarah. I finally decide to leave and see my car while walking out. I go back inside once again and at this point was ready to speak with a manager. I was told that no manager was present and that the keys were in the car. I go out to the car and not only was the hood of the car still open but there were no keys in the car. I head back inside and meet a technician who hands me my keys. In all honesty, Sarah should be fired for her poor management. I had to take 2.5 hours off work to pick up a car that was supposed to be ready and then I get the run around. More

I went to buy 2020 Rav4 and they checked my credit was good( passed through that hoop ), made me sign all the papers, pay the down payment, agree to the car note and they signed the papers too. Good thing I have proof they did all that. As I went to take the car home today, the sales lady ( Guine pugh ) wanted to change the discount they gave me (basically rewrite the contract). What kind business does that? And does this mean anybody who bought cars from this guys can break the contract and stop paying because he or she changed their mind? More
