Horrible buying experience; called the dealership to start the process of purchasing a vehicle so I could fly down to Houston and pick up vehicle but the salesman I was working with never responded in a start the process of purchasing a vehicle so I could fly down to Houston and pick up vehicle but the salesman I was working with never responded in a timely until after back and forth texting he tells me that the car was sold so I've called a manager and informed him of what happened needless to say I'll never consider or call this dealer again but beware of dealing over the phone and just cut to the chase and speak to a manager. Hannah was very friendly and helpful. I left my Toyota Cross over night and Hannah called me with information regarding my service and to let me know that my cross was ready for pick up. Great service department but usually long wait times. Service advisors text or contact you in person to let you know the status of the repair. Service advisors text or contact you in person to let you know the status of the repair. More
I have 2016 Highlander with 50,000 miles on it. I bought it new from this dealership and maintained it only there since I bought it. Door actuators are failing, on all four doors. It is a 700 dolla I bought it new from this dealership and maintained it only there since I bought it. Door actuators are failing, on all four doors. It is a 700 dollars repair per actuator. Three actuators failed under warranty, 4th actuator failed 6 months outside the warranty. It is an on going issue with actuator circuit. This kind of failure is not a normal wear and tear on any car I owned. The dealership refused to replace 4th actuator at no cost, stating that it is normal wear and tear, normal to expect, and that the last actuator failure is unrelated to any previous failures of the actuators and cannot be considered a warranty item. The manager at the dealership was cordial, he filed a case with Toyota loyalty program but that went nowhere, The car was turned in on Friday and next week Tuesday the status was “pending review” with clearly nobody bothering to review the case and respond. I had no choice but to pay the dealership to replace the actuator and take my car back. More
