I am completely disgusted with this dealership. Especially with Jordan Abuain (saleman) and his manager, Frank. We called first thing Saturday and ended up working a deal over the phone. We agreed on putting a deposit to hold the vehicle as we couldn't make it out until Monday due to our jobs. We trusted them. They accepted our deposit and we moved our entire schedule around for Monday in order to go pick up the vehicle. That evening (the same day) we received a call from the manager, Frank, stating that they just sold the vehicle!!!! Then he started trying to lie and make excuses to cover up what they did to us!!!! They sold the car from underneath us after clearly making the deal with us and taking our deposit!!! It's completely disheartening and disgusting. Do not trust these people with your business or your money! More
