I like this dealership. I purchased my car here and it's the only place I take it for service. My last visit I do have a complaint. I made an appointment online. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I called several times. I drove to the dealership, with the call still holding for someone to answer. I arrived about 15 minutes late. When I pulled in, I was still waiting for someone to answer. Uh, that was crazy! You have to do better. More
