Waited a few hours for my last ToyotaCare services on my 2021 Camry. They were allegedly doing everything, so I didn't mind the wait. I had also asked them to do the inspection on my car, come to find out t 2021 Camry. They were allegedly doing everything, so I didn't mind the wait. I had also asked them to do the inspection on my car, come to find out they didn't even do the inspection but still charged me for it. Called them back to see what happened, said they completely forgot to do it, said they'll refund me, and I could come in asap to get it taken care of immediately, I think the manager's name was Brian. Told me to ask for Carlos because he wouldn't be there that day. Came in as soon as they opened on Monday, explained everything that happened to an employee, asked for Carlos, etc. Employee said he'll relay the message, they took my car in only for me to wait several hours. Manager called me asking me if I was still coming in, which I said "I'm literally in the waiting room, they've been taking a long time". NEVER got the promised refund either, nor was reached out to for an apology at least. Been here several times since I purchased my new camry and never had a problem until this. Super lame lol More

Bought a 2005 Lexus SC430. Not drove the car for a tank of gas. The starter is bad. The car won’t start. The deal ship did not tell the truth about the car. That a totally a lie. They won’t repair the car. They want me to pay for the repairs. I won’t come back to dealership no more at sterling McCall Toyota. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied about the whole experience. More
