My family has been coming to this dealership for many years. Recently I have seen a change in wait time. I used to be able to come get an oil change and wait for about an hour. Any day of the week. Now i years. Recently I have seen a change in wait time. I used to be able to come get an oil change and wait for about an hour. Any day of the week. Now it took 5 hours to do an oil change. I have had to leave and not be serviced because the wait time was 3 hours. I am not sure the dealership can deal with the volume of customers they have. More
